How to Use Green Trust Support’s Services

1. Application: Start by filling out the necessary information on the application form available on our website.
2. Identity Verification: You will need to provide an image of an identification document that verifies your name and address. This can be done through a dedicated form on our website.
3. Verification Code: We will send a postal item to the address on your identification document containing a verification code. You will need to send this verification code back to us via web form.
4. Payment: Once your identity has been verified, you will receive a “Customer Identity Verification Completed” email. After receiving this email, you need to make a payment from URL in the email.
5. Service Start: After confirming your payment, you can start using our services immediately.

Services Offered

We offer various services including:

• Address Rental: You can use the rented address for your business without having to disclose your home address. This can be particularly useful for online shops or for those who work from home and do not want to disclose their home address.
• Mail and Parcel Receipt and Forwarding: Green Trust Support will receive and store your mail and parcels for up to 30 days free of charge. We can also forward these items to you for a fee.
• Privacy Protection: The service can be used to shop anonymously online or to conduct auction transactions without disclosing your home address.
• Workplace Address Declaration: You can use the rented address as your workplace address.

Please note that Green Trust Support does not offer services such as phone handling, customer response, corporate registration, or residence certificate registration.

Pricing

For domestic customers, the basic fee is 3,000 yen for 6 months. For overseas customers, the basic fee is 6,000 yen for 12 months. The registration fee is currently free until the end of June 2023.
